Einstein Bros. Bagels to open in Round Rock Crossing

Move over, breakfast tacos! Einstein Bros. Bagels is about to schmear its way into Round Rock with a brand new location at 121 Louis Henna Blvd., Ste.105, Round Rock.

According to an article by Community Impact, a project registration filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states that Einstein Bros. Bagels is scheduled to open its doors in the Round Rock Crossing shopping center.

The Round Rock Crossing shopping center is booming with new eateries! Einstein Bros. Bagels will join Crumble Cookies and Nothing Bundt Cakes, which were recently added. Dirty Dough Cookies also recently announced an upcoming location in the shopping center.

Construction is expected to be complete by November.
