Café du Bliss brings Korean-inspired coffee, matcha and sweet treats to Round Rock

Looking to shake up your usual coffee order? Café du Bliss is bringing a taste of Korea to Round Rock with creative specialty drinks, unexpected flavors and sweet treats.

The family-owned café, now open at 1312 Round Rock Ave., serves a variety of coffee and matcha beverages, smoothies, sparkling fruit drinks and more, with a focus on quality ingredients and Korean-inspired flavors. The café also operates a location in North Austin near the Arboretum.

For something beyond your everyday latte, explore flavors like black sesame, sweet potato and injeolmi, a traditional Korean treat made with roasted soybean powder.

Signature drinks include the Pistachio Cream Latte, Injeolmi Latte and Corn Latte. Matcha lovers can explore specialty creations like the Strawberry Matcha Cloud, alongside other matcha-based beverages.

And don’t forget something sweet! Café du Bliss serves croffles, a combination of a croissant and waffle that’s popular in Korean cafés. Visitors can also try taiyaki, a fish-shaped pastry available with fillings like Nutella, custard and cheese.

Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast, a matcha lover or simply looking to try something new, Café du Bliss offers plenty of reasons to explore a different side of Round Rock’s café scene.

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO SHOP

Want better roads? How about better parks? All you have to do is Shop the Rock. Seriously, head over to the outlets and buy those shoes, or venture downtown for lunch. It doesn’t matter if you are shopping, dining or getting a haircut your dollars are helping to pay it forward and build our community. What makes this possible? Sales tax. Though it may be the least sexy tax, it is the hardest working one. So next time you see a shirt you love, buy it. Your city will thank you.
