Former Food Network host opens bar and bistro in Round Rock

Odds Bar and Bistro is the newest trendy destination in Round Rock. This “elevated bar” has your favorite bar foods with a creative twist, featuring items such as the dry rib bites, a Korean Gochujang Satay rice bowl, spicy Nashville-style chicken sandwich, fish and chips, steak and more.

The bar and restaurant was designed and developed by John Green, an internationally renowned food and beverage designer, operator and Food Network TV host.

“Our goal is to create a space where friends, family and the community can come together over great food, inventive cocktails, and a welcoming environment,” Green said. “Don’t be the odd one out. Come join us and see what we’re all about.”

Odds Bar + Bistro is located in the Renaissance Square shopping center at 1401 South I-35 Frontage Road.
