Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina now open in Round Rock

Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina is now open in Round Rock and is currently in its soft opening phase. The new restaurant is the second Central Texas location for Conejos, joining its original location in Leander.

The new Round Rock restaurant is located at 3200 Greenlawn Boulevard.

The menu features plenty of Tex-Mex favorites, including queso, mini tacos, street corn, fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, desserts and more. During happy hour, all appetizers are half off from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Looking for a weekend brunch spot? Conejos also serves brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Conejos will celebrate its Round Rock opening with a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12.
